Parents of children with ASD experience challenges which require a tremendous amount of social support. Many such parents experience emotional distress, marital conflicts, guilt, anxiety, and feel overwhelmed by stressors. The task of raising a child with ASD is among the most stressful challenges a family can face. This Group is based on my research and years of experience working with parents with ASD children. The goal of this group is to support you on your journey in developing meaning, intrinsic resources, transcendence in the face of adversity and social connection.
