I have completed Levels 1-2 Training in Gottman Couples Therapy and a Gottman Education Leader. I love supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, self-harm, low self-worth, bicultural identity, and life transitions.
