I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I am also a Bringing Baby Home Gottman Educator and frequently work with clients who want to improve relationships after welcoming a baby.
I use approaches that utilize a combination of techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method of couples counseling. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.

Bringing Baby Home Workshop
Bringing Baby Home is a 12 hour educational program which was designed and created by relationship experts, Drs. John and Julie Gottman, at The Relationship Research Institute in Seattle, Washington. The Gottman’s research demonstrates that when couples become parents, there is a significant decrease in their relationship satisfaction. The goal of this program is to improve the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening the parental relationship.
