It was my own challenging journey to motherhood, combined with my professional experiences in the medical setting, that led me to build a therapy practice focused on perinatal mental health and medical stress.
I specialize in working with adults who struggle with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the challenges of parenting and familial relations. I also work with individuals experiencing complex relationship dynamics, adjustment issues, medical stress, caregiver burnout, and more.
