I believe that we are integrated beings and that we get better as we find balance in mind, body and spirit. I hold licenses in professional counseling and drug and alcohol counseling. I have also been led to foundational training in dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness practice, and am a certified spiritual director. I have worked extensively with adolescents/collegiate clients but also treat adults of all ages.
