I focus on strengths, build up self-esteem, and validate your emotions in order to successfully resolve the conflict you may be feeling and expressing. I offer individual counseling for children ages 6-13, their parents and individual adults. Each client is unique and in our first sessions we will collaborate to decide what combination of individual, family, or parent sessions fit your family best.
With a combination of behavioral and strength-based counseling techniques, I will assist you and/or your child in identifying feelings, expressing them appropriately, and implementing interventions that will help make your home happy and healthy.
