My experience includes therapy with adults as well as adolescents and families. I also do career counseling and disability adjustment counseling. I provide person-centered therapy with the understanding that every individual is part of a larger system that might involve family, relationships, jobs, hobbies, kids - that influence their story and experience.
I help my client recognize their strengths and resources that they already have to empower them and help them set realistic, achievable goals for therapy while also processing and honoring their personal story.
