I am a Couples Therapist, Affair Recovery Specialist, Certified Sex Therapist, Co-Parenting Counselor, Certified Discernment Counselor, Healing Separation Counselor, and Non-Adversarial Divorce Support provider. My training includes: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, The Doherty Approach, The Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce (CCND), and I am certified by AASECT. Working with me is a little different, I offer in-person sessions only for Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Healing Separation and Divorce sessions.
