I'm so happy you took the step to enhance your life through therapy. With over 16 years of experience, I use holistic approaches to ensure my clients have everything they need to maintain a good life balance. I create a safe, welcoming space where my clients can freely express themselves, break through emotional hurdles, and move past thoughts that hold them back. In my sessions, I utilize unique modalities. I use Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Parts & Memory Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy. I am now accepting clients in Nevada & Oregon.
It takes courage to be here and to take these steps toward healing. We will build on your already existing resources and create new ones. You will have a partner in this process and find, with time and commitment, that you will improve your quality of life and your connection to yourself and others.
I aim to help clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs that trigger issues like low anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, post-COVID, and relationship difficulties.
