While I specialize in trauma recovery, I also have a deep understanding and expertise in working with individuals who face unique challenges such as aphasia, post-stroke depression, as well as their caregivers. Navigating this can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, it's possible to find relief.
Whether utilizing EMDR, "talk therapy", or a combination of both, I specialize in helping people process trauma, navigate life changes, and develop resilience. My practice is 100% online. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. I work with clients individually and offer EMDR intensives.
