I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable exploring, processing, and healing from your past hurts and traumas.

While I do operate from a person-centered approach, I empower clients to take control back of their lives by focusing on their strengths. I primarily work with adolescent (13+) and adult women presenting with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, and adjustment to life transitions.
