I am accepting new clients! Life's journey can be full of crisis, loss, grief and trauma. These experiences activate fear in the primal brain, alter patterns of behavior, limit ones perception, lead to relationship issues, low self-esteem and addictions. If these problems are left unresolved, they can lead to physical and mental health problems as well as a weakened spirit, affecting ones core vitality for life. My spiritual approach provides clients with a safe, nurturing and compassionate environment where trust is easily built within the therapeutic relationship so that healing can take place.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is Trained in Infinity Healing Practice and employs a holistic approach to healing. I work with my clients to uncover layers of trauma and create access to reprogram their belief systems, emotions and behavior, in order to restore the ability to experience harmony, health, ease and joy.

I work with adolescents and adults and apply a spiritual, energetic and psychoanalytic approach. I teach positive communication, healthy boundaries and the life skills required for healing. I value the therapeutic alliance and my ability to witness one's healing process. I am offering private office visits and Telehealth sessions, for private pay.
