I've been a therapist for twenty-three years and have helped hundreds of people find their voice, learn new skills and grow in to who they were meant to be.

I'm an integrative mental health therapist. I am Level II EMDR trained, a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I enjoy working with clients in mindfulness stress reduction skills, yoga, nutrition, sleep hygiene and activities that help restore the body to a balanced state.
