I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) who has a strong background working with adults, couples, and families who are affected by trauma, substance use disorders, depression, grief, and anxiety. I have nurturing and eclectic approach which is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing through making a commitment to therapy, the therapeutic relationship, and evidenced-based practices.
I practice (eye movement desensitization and processing) for patients experiencing trauma and PTSD related symptoms. I have completed intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) training, and have earned a Certificate in Advanced Trauma Training from the Ferentz Institute.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families build awareness into how their past experiences influence their present sense of self, relationship struggles, and mental health challenges.
