Greetings! I'm Kris and I love facilitating therapeutic work with individuals and couples who are looking to explore, enhance, and heal various aspects of our complicated lives. My practice addresses life challenges using a holistic perspective, blending various treatment approaches. Primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential, mindfulness, and trauma focused. I am a Sex Therapist, and specialize in working with: clients with sexual traumas and PTSD, queer, trans and nonbinary folx, and those experiencing sexual difficulties, whether personally or in their relationship.
