I will help you access that knowledge through focusing your attention on your emotional body, listening to your unique story, and in many other ways holding a mirror up to YOU. We'll look at unhelpful mental habits you've picked up to survive in this world, and figure out what would work better.
I especially enjoy working with those who live "outside the box" -- genderqueer, activists, sexual explorers (kink, poly, sex professionals, etc.), dreamers. I also have a focus on adults figuring out new, adult ways to relate to their families of origin.
I find that pharmaceuticals are rarely needed when we allow our feelings to be expressed and live a healthy lifestyle. I have no judgment about your use of cannabis. I use a very effective technique called EMDR to work quickly and directly with trauma. I specialize in using mindfulness therapy.
