As a counselor I help each of my clients to identify their strengths and empower them to use these strengths to better their lives. I work with a sense of respect and compassion for each of my clients. I feel that every person who wants change in his or her life can achieve it. I am committed to helping each client find and achieve the change that is right for them.
I have worked with a variety of issues during my 20 years in mental health. I work from a mindfulness based perspective. I am here to help you through all of life's transitions. I am a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and I integrate meditation and yoga principles into my work with clients.
