From this, I bring to light client's inherent strengths, accompany them on their healing journey, and empower them with the tools they need to be successful. Through a holistic, multicultural lens, I help clients find fulfillment within themselves and the communities they identify with.
I am dedicated to holding a safe space for my clients and creating an environment of trust, warmth, authenticity, and non-judgement. I approach therapy on an individualized basis tailoring to meet the needs of my clients by incorporating a collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed approach to mindfulness, Adlerian theory, EMDR, and attachment theory.
