ADHD Tribe

If you have ADHD, then it’s very likely your story has been told by parents, teachers, bosses, spouses, friends, or relatives. And the story isn’t good. Others without ADHD often experience us, and our behavior, as a problem to be managed, solved, ignored, or cured. We hide that part of our story—and we struggle more for doing so. This group exists to help those of us with ADHD reclaim our story, redefine our story and find support and connection through our neurodiverse ADHD tribe.
