In person and remote therapy is available. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who enjoys working with teens, adults and couples on whatever issues they are currently facing. No matter where you are on your journey in life I will meet you there and help you get closer to where you want to be. I enjoy assisting individuals confronting and overcoming traumas big and small, I emply EMDR when this lines up with your needs and goals. I enjoy working on collectively developping new perspectives on issues that may have become entrenched over time.
I enjoy a mindfulness approach to therapy and encourage present moment awareness of thoughts, feeling and bodily sensations. I like to meet people where they are at the moment and start from there. I employ relaxation techniques such as controlled breathing, meditations and yoga, when these match with the expressed needs and interests of the client.
