I work with adults, adolescents, families and couples online. I have the expertise in providing clients with the skills they need to improve their lives. I am trained in a variety of models: dialectical behavioral therapy, abstinence & harm reduction, and psychodynamic therapy. I create a safe space for clients to process their feelings and practice skills.
I believe successful therapy works best when there is a positive empathetic working relationship between the client & therapist.
