Life is a Journey. On this Journey we are faced with many twists and turns. My practice style is collaborative in nature. It focuses on joint commitment to change. But eclectic enough to incorporate different approaches that will help my clients as they write and re-write their stories to transform their reality. Whether you are looking to address LGBTQ issues, individual therapy, family or couples therapy, intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, addictions, depression or other mental health issues, I will work with you to achieve your goals.
I specialize in a therapeutic approach that focuses on client strengths. Building on strengths that you already have empowers one to make lasting changes. This empowered driven change with other skills adds to your tool box that will help you move to a place of security, resiliency, and self-belief on your life’s Journey.
During your initial visit we will establish goals to address your specific needs. The Client is the expert in their lives and I assist with providing a safe and respectful atmosphere on the Journey. I offer weekend and late evening hours. I also provide services related to sex offender treatment, both adult and juvenile.
