Are you constantly doing, working, studying and driving yourself towards achievements but not feeling like you ever get the actual rewards or sense of joy for very long? Do you often wonder if there is more to life than working SO hard? Do you want to live well, improve your health, relationships and performance? This group is for you. We will learn the science of what actually makes us "happy" and how to practice joy for better quality of life, meaning and well being.
