Mental health therapy can help in our healing and personal growth journey. I believe that through connection and empathy, we can break away from the beliefs, shame, memories and behavioral patterns that no longer serve us. I focus on empowerment and what we have the power to control. I use a direct, kind, strengths-based approach. My goal is to help client's find their power, learn to set boundaries, and change harsh inner critic thoughts. I am trained in a variety of different approaches so I can tailor treatment needs to the uniqueness of each individual. I am a licensed provider in Montana (LCPC) and Colorado (LPC).
I have 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults working in private practice, schools, therapeutic foster care, and early childhood. I have training and experience working with trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, academic and job stress, relationships, parenting struggles, depression, anxiety, generational trauma, and adoption.
I am a Register Play Therapist Supervisor. I provide supervision and consultation services to providers working towards being a Registered Play Therapist or provide feedback to licensed therapists seeking case consultation. I provide Telehealth services only.
