I provide ongoing psychotherapy and short-term counseling for individuals struggling with a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, challenging relationship and family dynamics, parenting, dating, separation/divorce, grief, trauma, and stress management. I also work with couples and families helping to resolve conflict, increase understanding of each other and learn strategies to improve relationships.
