I work with individuals, families and couples that struggle with a variety of issues (i.e. anxiety, depression, life transitions and various health conditions) providing services ranging from counseling to wellness coaching to group support and education. Areas of focus include emotional health and physical well-being, spiritual health and purpose. I integrate traditional counseling techniques with mind, body, and spirit elements to help clients better identify their strengths, desires, and tools of resilience for effectively navigating through life.
I have particular experience and interest in issues related to personal empowerment; finding meaning and purpose in life and work; making change or negotiating life's unexpected transitions; improving the quality of relationships; enhancing self-esteem and relationship issues.
I have over 15 years of business, leadership, development and coaching experience that gives me a comprehensive background to relate to my clients. I believe in making counseling available to everyone and I am willing to work with clients on fee structure and payments. I accept BCBS, BCN, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
