Hey, I am Leilani Mason and I am an individual and couple's therapist with Healthy Minds Consulting LLC. I have been blessed with the ability to help people heal their wounds, develop a new relationship with their thoughts and transform their lives. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults struggling with self- esteem issues, depression, anxiety, loss of hope, trauma, relationships, and grief & loss. Life has many trials and challenges that can leave some scars on our mind, body and spirit. These disturbing experiences can create a negative belief about ourselves. We often feel stuck and struggle to shake free of it. I have found that using EMDR as been my most effective clinical skill in working through these negative beliefs.
