Do you ever struggle to feel peace in your relationships? Is it hard for you to embrace your whole self and feel a deep sense of worthiness? Helping people understand themselves is my passion, and I am grateful every day that I can work with people to find meaning and purpose in their lives. My specialty is creating secure relationships, and I maintain long-term relationships with many of my clients. Starting therapy can be intimidating, but I am dedicated to building collaborative, nonjudgemental relationships with the people I work with.

I have a gentle approach and I believe that kindness is powerful. While I ground my practice in science, I like to throw in a dose of good nature and humor too. I have worked in the mental health field since I was twenty years old, and my experiences have helped me to have a profound tenderness for the humanity that ties us all together.

One of my greatest accomplishments has been building Aspen Grove Wellness, the practice that I share with my best friend, Stephanie McGraw. Together, we have worked to create a warm, welcoming space for our clients. We have a radical commitment to helping clients access their health insurance benefits, so we are in-network with many insurance companies.
