As a child and family therapist, I focus my services on working with adolescents, adults, and families. It's my goal to help you achieve healing and strength through emotional support, unconditional regard, and specialized techniques. I am a proactive and hands-on therapist. My first and most important priority is to make you feel safe and understood in my office. I work with a solution focused framework, which means that we will set goals and work hard to achieve them in a reasonable amount of time.
I am passionate about helping others find peace and self-improvement in the face of difficult circumstances. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and those struggling with grief and trauma, but have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and circumstances.
I charge a reasonable rate with an option for a sliding scale fee. I spend the first session getting to know you and providing a comprehensive assessment so that we can come up with a specialized treatment plan just for you.
