Welcome to our multi-generational woman-only sacred space to honor the internal and external cycles of our lives. It is a safe and insight-oriented space to share what is unspoken in modern society, to give name to our personal journeys and to feel witnessed and supported, to bring forth our creativity, express our voice, speak our truth, nourish our bodies, and to slow down from the constant rhythms of daily life. We welcome all natal women at all ages and stages of life. Includes meditations, creative expressive art, movement/dance, experiential, deep meaningful connections. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

This offers a compassionate, empowering and intuitive approach to the birthing journey. It blends evidence-based education, deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, breathwork, visualizations, & affirmations. It eliminates the fear-tension-pain syndrome, reduces the need for medical interventions when appropriate, creates a more comfortable, easier, supportive, and attentive birthing experience that encourages sacred postnatal bonding, views the birthing partner as an integral support, and no matter what the birth journey entails, it reclaims birthing as a safe, sacred, intimate, and powerful experience.

Small Steps to Heal - trauma group
Join a community of women! This psychoeducation and processing group is for women who experienced familial & relationship trauma. The group will meet in-person for 8 weeks, starting SEPTEMBER 29. The group will cover: how trauma impacts the body and brain: polyvagal theory, somatic based interventions, fight, flight, fawn, freeze responses and how these appear in personality and day to day life; learn coping skills through somatic interventions, CPT, and CBT; how trauma impacts our emotions; explore trust, boundaries, and communication; how trauma impacts our relationships (romantic, familial, friendships)
