Living Life can be difficult and painful at times. It is my desire to help you find the power within yourself to navigate through these times with more awareness and insight. Through the support of compassionate and professional counseling, clients are able to express and explore their feelings and beliefs. I am proud to have obtained my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University, graduating with honors. This rigorous academic experience has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding and addressing the complexities of mental health.
I have done extensive work with both individuals and couples dealing with a wide range of issues, most notably with intimacy problems that are interfering with a person’s quality of life and/or relationships. Helping clients make necessary changes in these areas leads to an overall improved sense of well being and deepening of relationships.
Navigating the complexities of life is a unique journey and I am here to accompany you on that path. My approach is client centered and nonjudgmental, while maintaining a commitment to utilizing strategies that are grounded in the latest research and proven methodologies, providing effective and empirically supported therapeutic solutions.
