My work is guided by my research career at Wayne State University, ensuring that my clients receive cutting-edge, up-to-date therapies. As a therapist, I combine 10+ years of research experience with a collaborative approach that centers you as the expert on your lived experience, and myself as a guide for your self-exploration, recovery, and empowerment.
I specialize in: 1) working with older teens/young adults to navigate this transitional life stage, and 2) the unique dynamics of women's and men's mental health. That said, I have extensive experience working with children and adults of all ages, and in treating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and self-esteem concerns.
