As a practicing clinical social worker and psychotherapist with a private practice, I provide talk therapy to individuals. My areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and relationship issues. Prior to my private practice, I have had experience working as a therapist at a community mental health center, as well as serving as a helpline specialist for a crisis hotline. I have pursued post-graduate training through didactic coursework, personal psychotherapy, and ongoing case consultation with senior colleagues.

We'll work together to explore the underlying emotional causes of the difficulties bringing you to therapy. By gaining insight into these underlying emotional conflicts and patterns, you can develop new ways of coping with distress and relating to yourself and others. I help you to understand and process your emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
