I have advanced training in the treatment of OCD thru the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) . Im also trained in EMDR. and CBT, ERP, ACT, TIST Careful Assessment, Graded Exposure. DBT Skills, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Relaxation training, Imagery, Grief Work, these can be used to help you increase satisfaction and problem resolution in your daily life.
