Welcome. Bienvenidos. I'm here to help you learn concrete strategies to manage issues like anxiety, depression, life stress, behavior, relationships, and to find greater self-compassion. The basis of my approach is respect. I enjoy working with folks of all ages from different cultures and backgrounds, including various ethnicities, LGBTQ+ identities, immigration histories, and living situations. With over 20 years of licensed practice, I have specialty experience in many areas. Currently I'm available for telehealth sessions for preteens and older (11+), and parent consultation for parents with any age child.
I have treated people with anxiety, depression, and family relationships in many settings, giving me a unique perspective on how our environments influence us as people. I have specialty training in adolescence, Infant Mental Health (ages 0-5), play therapy, trauma, chronic health issues, and family therapy.
