Women's Sexual Health Group

Group for adult women to explore their sexuality in a sex positive environment. Topics of concerns will include communication, self-pleasure, intimacy/sexual dysfunction concerns, anxiety related to intimacy, mindfulness, and spirituality. Currently I do not have a group running it you are interested please let me know and I can let you know when the next one will start.
