My mission is to empower clients to become the best version of themselves. I have special interest in perinatal/postpartum mood & anxiety disorders, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and assisting young adults through stressful life transitions. I am passionate about providing a safe and validating environment to provide my client's the space and ability to heal.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a Trained Perinatal Mental Health Provider, and have received additional, specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
