I have immediate openings. Is your mental health holding you back? Do you ever feel stuck, not sure how to reach your goals? Do issues of life and health and work get in your way? Could you use some support to identify your goals and challenges and to find a path forward?
I specialize in a holistic approach to mental health and in building a healthy life that includes meaningful work, a living wage and accommodations for disability when needed. I use person centered, goal oriented therapy to help you discover your significant motivations and goals as you develop skills to reach them.
I look forward to working with you to overcome challenges and to develop the life you are hoping for. I work remotely-we will communicate through Zoom Conferencing, no traffic, no rain. I am available most days and and some evenings and can work with your schedule. Let's have a short meeting at no charge to discuss and determine next steps.
