You've been doing your work, but are finding it's not enough to make the changes you're ready for on your own. You're starting to know what you want, but you need help seeing it through. Making changes can be one of the most difficult things in our lives, especially when they effect our relationships and people we care about. My hope is to encourage the process of change by helping clients make difficult choices and to learn to identify and speak their Truths aloud to themselves and to others. My ideal client is close to being ready to take action, and needs some moments of support in those final moments.
Being queer and neurodivergent myself, I have lived and professional experience to help us identify the pressures you're facing, create realistic goals, and find ways to move forward to make it happen.
