Available for clinical supervision; waitlist for new clients. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . My clients are those feeling the many impacts of lived, intergenerational, racial, or systemic trauma; they are motivated by curiosity and optimism for change to seek out immediate coping skills as well as deep personal reflection. Together in therapy we explore what keeps them from feeling fulfillment, develop tools to help break down those barriers, and celebrate incremental change each day.
I am trained in many modalities, and skilled in building a combination of approaches to best suit each individual's needs. I believe that everyone does the best that they can with the things that they know, and by appealing to a person's desires and inherent strengths we can create great change.
Curiosity, compassion, and humor allow an engaging and collaborative atmosphere in our sessions. My worldview has been shaped through work with people of all ages, identity, and experience in the U.S., abroad, and within tribal nations. My lens is ever-growing and nonjudgmental, allowing me to bring nuance and understanding to my practice.
