The population of people who I have been highly successful working with tend to suffer from anxiety, depression, and grief symptoms, AND feel comfortable with virtual counseling. My ability to create a trusting atmosphere that is genuine and caring, as I greatly value each person and see that individual as an expert in their own life, has been a very effective strategy for people who, many times, feel as if they have not been heard or whose voices or views have not been valued.
I will work with you to help you understand your world, giving you the opportunity to discover and practice new options and choices, rather than continuing to use the ones that may have limited you throughout your life.
It is completely true that not every therapist fits every person; it is completely true that some therapists have not done the best job with every one of their clients; and yes, it is also true that I’m not perfect as well.
