My main goal is empowering my clients to build up their self-esteem and learn new ways to look at their lives through a mentally healthy lens. I also excel in building healthy relationships, remaining authentic, and providing a safe environment to learn to maintain a healthy way of living. I have wanted to be a therapist since I was in fifth grade and I am living my dream and I want to help my clients find ways to live their dreams as well. It is hard enough to ask for help, and I want to make it inviting and easier for my clients to have the help they deserve from the first session to their last.
I believe self esteem and self worth are the cornerstone to becoming healthy and healing within. I focus on helping people learn their own value and accessing it in a way that helps them feel more empowered to address many levels of their therapy. I believe that if you learn to be kind to yourself, you learn how to teach the world to be kind to you as well.
I have been through my own therapy and I recognize how difficult it can be to find a therapist that knows how to help you and support you in the healthy ways you deserve. By doing my own work, I recognize how important trust in the relationship can cause you to feel empowered to handle your life in a way you feel supported and cared for.
