My approach is strength based and relational. I have decades of expertise working with school aged children. With play therapy techniques I create an engaging environment for children to safely explore their full range of feelings. I tailor interventions by leaning into your child's passions which help them to open up and develop an "emotional toolbox."
It's natural to feel vulnerable in reaching out. We can't ignore how the ongoing stressors of world events, Covid-19, and the power of screens impact our nervous systems.
