I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a strong background working with adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioral difficulties, relationship issues, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. I use a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach along with psychoeducation to help you better understand yourself, as well as what is keeping you stuck so you can better navigate the challenges you are facing.
I specialize in trauma, codependency, women's mental health issues, and self-destructive behaviors. If you are experiencing any of these, or think you are, you don’t have to live this way.
