I specialize in couples wanting to reduce fighting, process betrayal, increase intimacy, make a life decision or separate respectfully. I also specialize in individuals struggling with personal relationships and work. I integrate a relational psychoanalytic approach with other modalities, including cognitive behavioral, object relations, family systems and emotionally focused therapy.

I have advanced clinical training in contemporary psychoanalysis, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
