My areas of expertise include surviving sexual abuse, domestic violence, chronic pain and the after effects of traumatic experiences in relationships.

I am here to help you navigate complex family dynamics as a result of these traumatic experiences given the fact post traumatic experiences can manifest in oneself and in relationships to others. I provide trauma focused, culturally sensitive and body inclusive psychotherapy taking into account your interests and uniqueness.
