Adult DBT Skills Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based treatment approach that has shown to be effective in reducing suicidal behavior, non-suicidal self-injury, psychiatric hospitalizations, substance use, eating disorders, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation. This group will focus on teaching the following skills: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotion Regulation. The group runs on a repeating 6-month cycle.

Interpersonal Process Group
This ongoing in-person group meets weekly to help members work on issues related to attachment, loneliness, vulnerability, trust, boundaries, and relationship issues in general. Members offer each other in-the-moment feedback and help each other explore feelings related to interpersonal connection and relatedness. Group meets on Tuesdays from 5:45 to 7 PM and is co-facilitated with Ellen Connell, PsyD.
