I am polyam/kink/SW affirming. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist in Eye-Movement Desensitization/ Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Collaboratively, we explore your past so as to better understand its impact on you in the present. I welcome the opportunity the meet you and hopefully work with you.
I believe that each of us has a desire for growth and healing. However, trauma and adverse experiences get in the way change. I seek to empower and support your innate ability to heal by offering acceptance, patience, and understanding. I work hard to foster a safe space for you to be your authentic self, without shame, fear, or judgment.
My hope is to help each person with whom I work to know themselves more fully, have relationships with deeper connection, and know the beauty of life in its abundance. I would like to gain the privilege of personally helping you grow and heal.
