Since 1973, I have used evidence-based approaches: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and Auricular Acupuncture. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, Grief Work, and Guided Trance. Rapid recovery for the above-mentioned issues is my specialty.

I got into my own recovery from drugs and alcohol in 1973 and in 1980 started my family of origin recovery and schooling. I've combined traditional psychotherapy with various aspects of Chinese Medicine and facilitated some clients' healing in as few as 1 session and up to 10+ sessions.
