As Mom's we strive to care for and love our children. We pour every last drop of our resources, time, and energy into our children. It is important we give ourselves what we give our children. As they say, we need to put our oxygen mask on first. In this group you will gain a connection with other mother's who are experiencing similar struggles and have similar goals. I believe when you are seen and heard in your struggles you are better able to come to parenting and life more grounded.
